Durable exterior panels

Installation-ready POLKKYpanel&floor exterior panels are well-suited for both new building and reconstruction. The densely grained heartwood is treated with a priming coat to provide high durability for a weatherproof result. Thanks to accurately cut tongue and grooving, the installation of these panels is fast and easy.

Quality and moisture content

• Uniform spruce timber with a dense grain and sound knots
• Moisture: 18%

Lengths

• Products sold in falling lengths 1.8-5.4 metres or in fixed lengths, e.g. 2.4 metres.
• Finger-jointing by special order - max 7.4 m.
• Precision cut by special order - length tolerance +– 2 mm.

Dressed

• Fine sawn surface, heartwood for the face
• End grooving possible upon order.

Surface treatments

• Priming with an environmentally-friendly, water-soluble alkyd paint.
• The final painting can be done using any standard house paints.
• Standard colour: white. Other shades available upon order.

Packaging

• The exterior panels are packed in practical consumer or transport packages.
• As separate items or in bundles
• Package size in accordance with customer’s requirements: 300x1100 mm, 500x1100 mm,
• 1000x1100 mm.
