Choose quality POLKKYframe stress-graded products for framework construction.
POLKKYframe products are manufactured from densely-grained, strong northern pine and spruce timbers. The product family carries a range of different building products, from frame posts to subfloor and roof structures.
 The products are sorted into standard stress classes by mechanical or visual stress grading. The maximum length of finger-jointed products is 13 metres.

• Finnish frame and internal wall posts, subflooring and roof structures (C18, C24, C30)
• German frame structures (DIN 68140)
• American frame structures (ALS)
• Japanese Mabashira products

Quality

• The products are manufactured using densely-grained, strong pine and spruce timbers from the North.
• Standard quality and moisture content levels.

Lengths

• Products sold in falling lengths 1.8-5.4 metres or in fixed lengths.
• Maximum finger-jointed product: 13 m.
• Precision cut by special order – length tolerance +– 1 mm.

Dressed

• Planed all round or customer-specific profile.
• Finger-jointed boards are also available.

Packaging

• The products are packed in practical transport packages.
• Packed separately, in bundles or in shrink-wrapped plastic.
• Package size in accordance with customer’s requirements: 300x1100 mm, 500x1100 mm, 1000x1100 mm.
• Barcoding and labelling in accordance with the customer’s own system.
